OUR CLEVER CHEFS HAVE SOMEHOW MANAGED TO FUSE TOGETHER SWEET, SOUR AND SALTY IN ONE DISH MEANING YOUR MEALTIME WILL BE AN EPIC ADVENTURE IN TASTE.

We’ve taken the mild but delicious basa and pepped it up with a teriyaki sauce that shines and shimmers under your dining room lights. Bring a big bowl of rice to the party and you’ve got a healthy feast for friends and family that could come straight from a foodie restaurant in the backstreets of Tokyo.

COOKING

To cook: Remove all the packaging and use these instructions as a rough guide. For best results pan fry.

Pan-fry: Fry in a little oil over a medium heat for 6-8 mins.

  • Oven-cook: Loosely wrap each fillet in lightly oiled foil and place on a baking tray in centre of a preheated oven
  • Fan oven: 170°C/for 10-15 mins.
  • Conventional oven: 190°C/Gas mark 5 for 12-15 mins.

Check fish is piping hot before serving.

Our Sauce: To heat, place sachet in cup of boiling water for 1 minute, Careful when you open it.
