SMASHING WITH SEA BASS
JUST WHAT YOU NEED WITH A TASTY BIT OF FISH... SAUCE TO COMPLEMENT
Adding sparkle to delicate sea bass, salsa verde dances across your taste buds and delights. Made in minutes, all you need to do is decide on a side after surviving the daily grind.
To cook from frozen: Remove all the packaging, putting the sauce sachet to one side for later. For minimum fuss, we've also included a handy over-bake bag.
Oven-cook: Find your oven bag, and follow the directions.
Fan oven: 160°C/Conventional oven: 180°C/Gas mark 4 for 23 mins.
Alternatively you can always cook your fish in a loose foil parcel, wrap sperately and follow the directions above.
Leave to stand for 1 minute. Check the fish is piping hot before serving.
To heat, place the sachet in a pan of simmering water for 4 minutes. Careful when open it.
