These flavoursome little parcels can be enjoyed any time of the day, whether it’s lunchtime, dinnertime or snack time. Suddenly we're starving; someone turn the oven on.
It's best to cook our croquettes from frozen. Remove them from the carton and place on a preheated baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven. We’d recommend the following temperatures and times (but you know your oven better than us so adjust if necessary).
- Fan oven: 200°C for 15-16 mins.
- Conventional oven: 220°C/Gas mark 7 for 15-16 mins.
Check (carefully) croquettes are piping hot then serve quickly as everyone’s starving. Please don’t cook them in the microwave. We tried it once and never again.
