We’re celebrating all of our sole sista’s this March, as it’s Women’s History Month! A whole month dedicated to praising all of the bold, beautiful and brilliant ladies that we know and love!
So whether you’re writing a paper on Emily Pankhurst, singing Beyoncé in the shower, or telling your mum just how darn great she is, share the love with some lovely ladies – from the past and present.
Women's History Month is an annual month that highlights the contributions of women to events in history and contemporary society. It is celebrated in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia AND we’ve got the perfect recipe to please all of the fiery women out there!
This dish is packed with plenty of attitude, so invite round your best gals as this dish is made to be shared – as you team up our Salmon, Chilli, Lime and Ginger Dressing with bed of rice and stir fried veg.
○ Our Cook from Frozen Salmon with Chilli, Lime and Ginger Dressing
○ Long-grain rice
○ Mixed Peppers
○ Spring onion
1. Chop all the veg up together, whilst your rice is boiling and your Salmon is in the oven (200°C for 30 minutes). After 10 minutes, begin to stir fry the veg together with olive oil. Add in the rice and mix together.
2. Once the salmon is cooked, heat the Chilli, Lime and Ginger Dressing and cover.
3. Plate up the salmon and vegetable rice and ENJOY with your favourite ladies.
