HOW TO MAKE A SALMON OMELETTEPosted 4 July 2019 by The Saucy Fish Co.
Anyone can make an omelette. Honestly. Okay, you can’t make one without breaking a few eggs but that’s not too hard if you have the side of a bowl and the motivation to move your hand muscles.
Okay, we’re predictable. At Saucy we have a favourite type of omelette. As you may have guessed, it includes fish. Salmon to be precise. A salmon omelette is a wondrous thing that everyone should try at least once a week if not more. And it’s so simple to make. It was so simple we even managed to shoot a video while we were making it. Give it a go.
So, give the video a watch then try it for yourself and serve up an omelette that will have everyone talking about you in hushed, awed tones. Here’s a reminder of the ingredients you’ll need:
○ 1 cooked salmon fillet, cut into small chunks
○ 1 onion - finely chopped 1 red pepper – finely chopped
○ 2 tablespoons of butter
○ Sprinkling of cheddar cheese
○ 6 eggs
