Here at Team Saucy we're proud of our range of fresh fish and sauce combinations and all of the hard work and dedication that goes into creating each carefully crafted product.
So this week we're giving you an exclusive sneak peek to show where the magic happens here in Grimbsy - the fishing capital of the UK.
The annual awards from the top consumer healthy food magazine recognise stand out nutritious products in the food and drink sector, as voted for by readers and a panel of food experts and dieticians.
Each day tonnes of fish is brought in fresh from the seas from salmon to haddock, tuna and prawns. Here, it's all de-boned, filleted and perfectly packaged. In total 40 tonnes of fine Saucy products are then delivered to supermarkets each day.
And did you know it takes 50 tonnes of ice each day to keep our fish fresh? It gets quite chilly at times as you can imagine...
