MAKE YOURS A GOOD FRIDAY...
Posted 1 April 2015 by The Saucy Fish Co.Using a good Maris Piper potato, par boil before draining the water and fluffing the potatoes in a colander. Then pop in an baking tray with your trusted oil or fat and roast until golden brown.
Serve with a fresh crisp green salad before adding the piece de résistance – our very own Sea Bass with Beurre Blanc.
