Adding sparkle to fresh salmon, sun-kissed Sicilian lemon with dill mayonnaise makes for a moreish mouthful. Top tip: Impress guests and serve atop of a blini for finger food with flair.
This salmon is precooked and ready to eat. We recommend using a knife and fork, but it's equally good flaked into a nice rice or pasta dish. If you'd prefer to eat it hot, remove all the packaging and place on a baking tray in a preheated oven. Fan oven: 170°C/Conventional oven: 190°C/Gas mark 5 for 16-18 minutes.
