Move over little black dress, this dish is even more of a classic. This simple fish and dressing pairing, Italian-inspired sunblush® tomatoes combine with chunky cod fillets for a match made in culinary heaven. Pop the cork on a refreshing white wine to balance this delicately flavoured dish, Vermentino and Pinot Grigio work wonderfully well.

COOKING

To cook: Remove all of the packaging first and then use these cooking instructions as a rough guide only – we’re sure you know best.

  • Oven-cook: Place the fillet on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven.
  • Fan oven: 160°C/Conventional oven: 180°C/Gas mark 4 for 15-20 mins.

Our sauce is delicious hot or cold. To heat, place the sachet in a cup of boiling water for 1 minute. Careful when you open it.
