DINNER? IT'S IN THE BAG... SIMPLY PLACE OUR FOIL BAKE BAG ON AN OVEN SHELF FOR AROUND 18 MINUTES AND SERVE ON YOUR KNEE. EASY.
Hey pesto! A mid-week meal solution that's easy to prepare. Take our Foil Bake Bag, pop into the oven then serve. Let the flavoursome red pesto complement mouth-watering flakes of Salmon, as this magic combination disappears off your plate in moments.
To cook: Remove the bag from the carton and then use these cooking instructions as a rough guide only – we’re sure you know best.
- Without opening, carefully separate the fillets through the bag and place foil-side down on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven.
- Allow enough room for the bag to double in size during cooking.
- Oven-cook: Fan oven: 170°C/Conventional oven: 190°C/Gas mark 5 for 18 mins.
To Serve: Gently shake the bag to coat the fish in the sauce. Cut along the length of the bag with scissors and remove the fillets with a fish slice. Pour the sauce over the fish and serve with roasted Mediterranean veg or a crispy leaf salad.
