COOK FROM FROZEN FISHCAKES

THAI SPICED FISHCAKE

ENJOY SWEETNESS, SPICE AND ALL THINGS NICE WITH OUR TREMENDOUSLY TEMPTING THAI FISHCAKE. MIDWEEK DINNER, YOU HAVE NEVER LOOKED BETTER.

Perfectly packaged in a golden crumb, you’ll be greeted by a trio of fantastic flavours the second you slice into our fishcake. That’s a creamy mash and flavoursome fish filling with an oozing red chilli and coconut centre. No, we can’t think of a better combination to please our taste buds either.

COOKING

To cook from frozen: Remove the fishcakes from the tray and place on a preheated baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven. Use these instructions as a guide.

Fan oven: 200°C for 30 mins.
Conventional oven: 220°C/Gas mark 7 for 30 mins.
Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Check fishcakes are piping hot before serving.
Handle with care.

Here's a list of all of the lovely ingredients within this product: Pollock (Theragra chalcogramma (FISH) (30%), potato, wheat flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), water, rapeseed oil, coconut milk, dried potato, spring onion, WHEAT starch, medium fat soft cheese (MILK), rice flakem durum WHEAT semolina, lime juice,tomatoe purée cornflour, salt, WHEAT gluten, red Thai paste (dried red chilli, garlic, lemon grass, salt, shallot, galangal, shrimp paste (prawn (CRUSTACEAN), salt), kaffir lime peel, pepper), yeast, FISH gelatine, chilli, parsley, lime leaf, sugar, black pepper, colour (paprika extract).
