SMASHING WITH SMOKED HADDOCK

A reinvention of a classic combination, this dish delivers bags of flavour. Smooth vintage cheese sauce elevates our expertly smoked haddock fillets to create a dish with contrast. There are no rules here. Indulge with chunky chips or serve with earthy curly kale.

COOKING

To cook from frozen: Remove all the packaging, putting the sauce sachet to one side for later. For minimum fuss, we've also included a handy over-bake bag.

Oven-cook: Find your oven bag and follow the directions.
Fan oven: 160°C /Conventional oven: 180°C/Gas mark 4 for 24 mins.
Alternatively you can always cook your fish in a loose foil parcel, wrap sperately and follow the directions above.
Leave to stand for 1 minute. Check the fish is piping hot before serving.

To heat, place the sachet in a pan of simmering water for 4 minutes. Careful when open it.

For allergens, see ingredients in bold. Our haddock is responsibly caught in the North East or North West Atlantic. While we've aimed to remove all the bones, please be careful just in case we've missed one.
