COOK FROM FROZEN FISHCAKES

SALMON & COD FISHCAKE

WITH A HEAVENLY HOLLANDAISE CENTRE

A PIECE OF CAKE TO PREPARE, WITH A SATISFYING SAUCY-CENTRE MOMENT TO REMEMBER.

Filled with flakes of salmon & cod, packed tight with hearty mashed potato and a heavenly hollandaise sauce, makes this perfect crumb-encased parcel oh so moreish!

COOKING

To cook from frozen: Remove the fishcakes from the tray and place on a preheated baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven. Use these instructions as a guide.

Fan oven: 200°C for 30 mins.
Conventional oven: 220°C/Gas mark 7 for 30 mins.
Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Check fishcakes are piping hot before serving.
Handle with care.

Here's a list of all of the lovely ingredients within this product: Salmon (Salmo salar) (FISH)(19%), wheat flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, (thiamin), cod (Gadus morhua) (FISH)(15%), potato, water, rapeseed oil, MILK, dried potato, onion, double cream (MILK), cornflour, butter (MILK), WHEAT starch, parsley, shallot, salt, white wine, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, black pepper, sunflower oil, pasteurised free range EGG yolk, sea salt, FISH gelatine, yeast, colour, (paprika extract), Dijon mustard (water, MUSTARD seed, spirit vinegar, salt, rice flour, turmeric, white pepper).

For allergens, see ingredients in bold. Our salmon is responsibly farmed in Norway or Scotland and our cod is responsibly caught in the North East or North West Atlantic. While we’ve aimed to remove all the bones, please be careful just in case we’ve missed one.
