Guaranteed to make guests come back for more, generous salmon fillets are simply paired with an Italian-inspired sunblush tomato dressing in this elegant dish with minimal fuss. Bellissimo!
To cook: Remove all of the packaging first and then use these cooking instructions as a rough guide only – we’re sure you know best.
Oven-cook: Place the fillets on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven.
- Fan oven: 170°C/ Conventional oven: 190°C/Gas mark 5 for 20-25 mins.
- Grill: Grill under a medium heat for 10-12 mins.
- Pan-fry: Fry in a little oil over a medium heat for 10-15 mins.
Our sauce is delicious hot or cold. To heat, place the sachet in a cup of boiling water for 1 minute. Careful when you open it.
