Widen your net with Tilapia, a sustainable choice for the conscious chef. Perfectly partnered with sweet, sticky mango and hot chilli this fish dish will transport you to windswept tropical islands in moments. Complete the picture with a side of crispy sweetcorn fritters.
To cook: Remove all of the packaging first and then use these cooking instructions as a rough guide only – we’re sure you know best.
- Pan-fry: Fry in a little oil over a medium heat for 7-9 mins turning half way through.
- Oven-cook: Place the fillets on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven.
- Fan oven: 160°C/Conventional oven: 180°C/Gas mark 4 for 15-20 mins.
Our sauce is delicious hot or cold. To heat, place the sachet in a cup of boiling water for 1 minute. Careful when you open it.
