As Olympic fever sweeps the nation this month, get a taste of Rio at home by cooking up a traditional Brazilian fish stew.

Similar to an English chowder or a French bouillabaisse, Moqueca is flagrant seafood dish, consisting of prawns, white fish fillets, onions, garlic, tomatoes and coconut milk.
