SAUCY CHEF’S TOP TIP… RADISH!

Enjoy the Saucy Chef’s ra-dish of the month! Make a batch of our radish coleslaw and liven up those lunches for a whole week.

This spring side is super simple to make and only requires a few ingredients

○ ½ Savoy cabbage
○ Small bunch of radishes
○ 2 carrots
○ A small drizzle of vinegar
○ A generous dollop of mayonnaise and a lime

Start by mixing together your mayonnaise and vinegar in a large bowl, before adding the juice of a freshly squeezed lime. Next toss in your sliced cabbage, radishes and carrots and mix until evenly coated with dressing, seasoning with cracked black pepper and sea salt. Store your slaw in the fridge and dish up alongside your favourite salad for lunch.
