SAUCY CHEF TIP OF THE MONTH...CUCUMBER!

Rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, very low in calories and made up of 90% water; this little green number is a must-have for any fridge this summer.

Think cucumbers are boring? Pair a simple cucumber relish with our Seasoned Tuna with Sweet Soy and Chilli Dressing and you’ll soon change your mind. For this light, summery side dish, all you need to do is chop your cucumber into small cubes, along with a handful of chopped cherry tomatoes and diced onion before finishing with a generous drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of seasoning.

Jazz up your drink by adding a couple of slices of cucumber to your water, along with a sprig of mint and a slice of lemon for a refreshing infusion.

Don’t just stop there! Pop a couple of slices over your eyes, get in the garden, sit back and enjoy summer!
