SPICE UP YOUR SIDE!

A tempting Thai fishcake is never complete without a spicy side, so of course we have prepared an extra-specially spicy salad recipe to go alongside your fishcake.

Simple, delicious and HOT – our three favourite adjectives!

Is it dinnertime yet? Seriously. Is it?

You will need:

○ 2 carrots, finely grated
○ Half a red onion finely diced
○ Half a cucumber, spiralized
○ Half a red chilli, deseeded and diced
○ A thumbnail of ginger, finely grated
○ A sprinkling of coriander

Method:

Combine the grated carrot, onion, ginger and cucumber in a bowl. Next, sprinkle the chilli, grated ginger and coriander on top of the salad ingredients and enjoy alongside our tasty Thai fishcakes.
