SAUCY FISH LAUNCH A NEW WAVE OF BEAUTY PRODUCTS

Posted 6 April 2015 by The Saucy Fish Co.

Have you heard the news? On April 1st The Saucy Fish Co. dropped an anchor in the beauty market, launching a brand new range of Fish-based Face Masks.

Sound a bit fishy? That’s probably because it is.

This April Fools, Saucy got a little cheeky – promoting a new range of beauty products entitled Fish Face, on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Unfortunately, this new range of fish based face masks won’t be hitting the market anytime soon, so you’ll have to cross the Eel-a-peel rescue mask off your beauty wish list.

In case you missed the story, here’s how our clever little prank went…

This season’s hottest beauty trend is set to go sub-zero as The Saucy Fish Co. release their first ever, 100% organic, sustainably sourced facemask range, under sub-brand Saucy Face Co. The Grimsby based CoolBrand are taking fish and sauce expertise one step further as they enter the beauty category with a unique skincare offering.

Katie Pix, the face of Saucy’s Frozen Just Got Cooler digital campaign, was the first person to test the brand new Fish Face range, sharing her review on Saucy’s social media channels.

Designed to fill the 30-minute gap between popping Saucy’s fish in the oven and plating up, Fish Face facemasks are the ideal solution for those looking for minimum fuss and maximum results. The three products are each made from real fish - but fear not, just like fresh fish, the range is completely odourless.

Applied straight from the freezer, the Fish Face guarantees to refresh and revitalise tired skin. Choose from Eel a-Peel Rescue Mask, Perfect for Blacked Pores; Oh My Cod! oMega Mud Mask, Dreamy on Dry Skin and The Salmon Slap Mask, Superb on Stubborn Spots.

Made from real fish fillets, including salmon, cod and eel, the Fish Face range rich in nutrients to keep skin supple and moisturised. Bursting with minerals, including calcium, iron, magnesium and zinc and full of vitamin A, the products will eliminate toxins in the skin and freeze those signs of aging.
