FRANCE: SEA BASS WITH BEURRE BLANC

Posted 7 July 2016 by The Saucy Fish Co.

Here at Saucy, we don’t just care about how great our food tastes, we’re also interested in what we’re putting in our bodies!

We’ve reeled in a helping hand from our Saucy Fish Co. dietician Sarah Schenker to fill your minds and your tummies with all things fish food!

Cast your eyes over this net-full of tips and pointers on the classic sea bass which is a great source of both iron and calcium. In fact, sea bass provides such a great source of these two properties that one portion of this fish for tea will give you a quarter of your recommended daily amount!

It almost sounds too good to be true, right? Well we promise there’s nothing fishy about it! So if we’ve tempted your taste buds in to a plate of sea bass, our Saucy chef recommends grilling your fish to help retain more of the good stuff (the vitamin B12 and calcium contained within Seabass), and pair with a dynamo combo of sweet potato mash and long stem broccoli.

So why not get your fins on our smashing Sea Bass with Beurre Blanc Dressing to get your dose of French fish goodness – bon appetit!
