MULLED WINE RECIPE

Whether you‘re planning a Christmas get together or a cosy night in for one, this festive little tipple is the perfect accompaniment to any winter evening.

What you need: serves up to 6

○ 1 bottle of red wine
○ 1-2 cinnamon sticks
○ Grated nutmeg
○ 1 clementine

How to make it:

All you need to do is pour your wine into a saucepan, adding the cinnamon sticks, a pinch of nutmeg and clementine segments. Then simply heat until simmering, avoiding boiling.

Top tip: the rich, fruity flavours of this seasonal tipple are perfectly paired with oven baked Salmon with Sunblush Tomato Dressing.
