You may have mistaken this green leafy veg for rabbit food and if that’s the case - grab your ears and call yourself Bugs Bunny - because you won’t be able to get enough of kale after hearing the health benefits!
Okay, so aside from the fact it’s high in fibre and has ZERO fat, kale is also filled with iron and vitamin C which is not only beneficial to your immune system, but can raise your energy levels.
And if that isn’t enough for you, Kale is also rich in antioxidants, which helps prevent various cancers.
With that said, let us introduce you to a brand spanking new salmon and kale recipe, to help you reap those benefits in style!
What you’ll need:
○ Salmon with Chilli, Lime and Ginger Dressing
○ Several handfuls of Kale
○ Salt and Pepper
○ Olive Oil
What you need to do:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Once warm, pop the salmon in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
2. Whilst the salmon is cooking, chop the garlic into a pan with a teaspoon of olive oil. Once the garlic is golden brown, mix the kale with the garlic and season with salt and pepper.
3. Serve up the dish and watch as you transform into a vision of health!
