Replace those traditional burgers and hotdogs with a healthier and tastier alfresco fish menu. Low in calories and high in protein, vitamins and Omega 3; fresh fish fillets make for the perfect, healthy camping dish.
Tip from the Saucy Chef…
Wrap your fresh fish fillets in foil, along with a splash of olive oil, add a sprinkle of sea salt and cracked black pepper before cooking on a hot barbecue for 20 minutes - ensuring the fish fillets are cooked through. Dish up straight from the grill, adding your dressing – we recommend chilli, lime and ginger - along with your favourite summertime side dish (and of course your favourite camping tipple).
