Bubble and squeak is a traditional English dish that makes the most of leftovers by shallow frying them. This great recipe from the BBC adds fish into the usual ingredients list of potatoes and vegetables.
Using cuts of smoked salmon, haddock or mackerel this tasty dish will be ready in just 10 mins and is a perfect filler for those who tired of turkey!
