BREAMING WITH GOODNESS - DR. SARAH SCHENKER

This month we’re BREAM-ing with excitement about all the goodness that this fancy fish provides. Yes you guessed it, we’re talking about none other than Sea Bream, and our Saucy dietician Sarah Schenker is on hand to offer up her top tips.

Sea Bream might have a higher fat content than other white fish, but fear not because this tasty gem provides a valuable source of omega 3 fats which have endless health benefits. From helping lower blood pressure, promoting heart health, reducing inflammation and reducing mental health problems, the benefits of Sea Bream are breamin’ endless.

So why not get those fins tucked into a fillet of poached Sea Bream to preserve this fishes high Vitamin E content and enjoy health benefits galore! We recommend enjoying this dish with a delicious creamy risotto topped with pan fried shallots to pack your dish with a tasty punch.

SAUCY TIP: For a perfect side kick to this dish, Dr. Sarah Schenker recommends paring with a side of steamed mange tout or green beans.
